feedback is greatly appreciated <3

A piece I started and finished some time ago at school, and probably the first in a long while that's actually creative -- not artistic, but creative. It's Loki -- as seen in The Avengers -- but he's made of various colored liquids all splashing together to create his shape. I don't know what it is really, but I like the concept.

All this time it's been sitting in my computer because I've been trying to edit in color (as I do with many of my pencil pieces) but it's proven to be a ridiculously extensive amount of work that probably won't be worth it, so I'm leaving it greyscale.
When I drew this I think I decided to put my pencil shading abilities to the test, because it took me a loooong time to finish, section by section, after finalizing the lineart.

I thought I'd have more to say here, but I guess I don't! How odd. Well, this was a lot more extensive than the artist's description suggests. xD
Also open for critique! <3

When I first saw this, I was like what is this? Then I clicked on it, a tear ran down my face. Not really just for feeling. I mean the impact of Loki is great and this is a beautiful portrait of him. This picture brings back so many memories, I don't know why but it brings those feelings back. I expect great things from you and this is one of them. How do you see Loki? A hero, a villain, or a misunderstood boy living in the shadow of his childish brother. Over all this is a great work of art and I can't wait to see more!
