And whenever I feel like drawing Loki, it's the DW version. I think the longer hair is growing on me. pun not intended

I actually had a dream last night that I got to see part of the movie OTL

then I woke up at like 5:30 already in a Loki-ish mood

and have been wanting to paint him all day

so I did this.

Didn't turn out anything like how I imagined it, but I'm very happy with the results all the same. It's different from my usual, I think, at least in terms of technique.

I used oil brushes this time to get the rougher effect, as well as my new black acrylics since translucent things like my watercolors or precious ink wouldn't be appropriate.

There are some parts of this I love, and others I don't, but it could've been much worse considering that it's paint smashed freehand against paper lol.
