The title is a ridiculous random mishmash of Latin things okay

Some sort of wolf/husky/thing with a beak, upon closer inspection.
I wanted to put a clock face for the face because it'd be really cool and deep-looking, but I didn't because it felt like copying ~emkh, who has a canine OC with a clock for a face.

I don't like the legs much at all, but the tail, upper body and wings are pretty nifty in my opinion. :3
