Shatter, who can neither fly nor talk to birds, drawn with wings and apparently communicating with said avians. Must be the plague doctor mask, maybe birds think it's attractive And her dress isn't all smoky like that either, but WHATEVER because I'm still refining her design anyway
I honestly cannot express to you how hard it was to draw those little birds' wings. SO. HARD. I edited out the eraser marks leftover from the failed attempts
And I'm not quite happy with the tertiary feathers of that wing, either, but I guess it's good enough.
Drawn an hour or two ago at our annual family Christmas party. Some of my relatives thought it was pretty. And I also scribbled a bunch of Lord of the Rings fanart in other words, a page full of elves and Witch Kings but none of it is very good lol Also speaking of Christmas, I know I'm submitting this on the 23rd but consider this your Christmas Eve submission. Merry Christmas y'all~ lol Merry is a LotR character :'D Art and character are mine.
Ah.. depends really. The basis of this one just popped into my head, and I edited it to my liking as I drew.. I also get a lot of inspiration from books and TV I like (movies, especially). I also recommend reading books to get ideas, or perhaps looking though another artist's work. (I've been inspired a few times by the work of others.) Also it's good to keep an open mind and just ... let all sorts of stuff float into your brain, I guess you could say. It's hard to explain really. Like, it's good not to restrict yourself to any sort of art or subject, and to let yourself experiment and draw whatever. you can try doodling too, and just draw whatever you can think of... A lot of things inspire me. Little detailed things in nature, like branches and feathers, or completely random things that appeal to me anyway, like Loki's horned helmet or Egyptian jackals or the the grace of the elves of Middle Earth.
It's quite hard to explain where I get inspiration, because I'm not sure myself. Hopefully that helped you though, and good luck finding ideas!
thanks for the help i never do get to get out very often because of how busy i usually am with school but thanks to christmas this year i gotz me sum new equipment which i will be posting about soon but anyway thanks again!
